FOLK Yarn Studio in Lowestoft, the most easterly town in England, is run by Laura. Ellie is Laura’s 7 year old daughter. 

It is currently the summer holidays and Ellie has decided to start a business! She has been having lots of fun making stitch markers and wanted to see if anyone would be interested in purchasing them. So she asked for a small investment from her parents and has begun Ellie’s Crafty Creations!

All of Ellie’s products are quality controlled by Laura before being sold but Ellie has purchased all materials, assembled the markers, made the backing cards, packaged them, photographed them for the website and managed her budget herself. After website payment fees all of the money from Ellie’s sales will go back into Ellie’s budget to continue her business! 

If Ellie’s products sell on the website Ellie will package the products for postage herself but with help from Laura and all items are ready to ship and will ship within 2 working days.
