Shipping & Returns


All orders are sent with Royal Mail on a tracked delivery service. You may select from tracked 24 or tracked 48 at checkout. This means that once your order enters the postal system it should then be delivered within the time frames that Royal Mail determine for each service. 

At times the postal service may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control. 

You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed, this will provide you with a tracking number for your parcel. Your parcel will be sent to the shipping address you provide upon ordering. Please check your address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for items delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. 

For UK orders if more than three weeks have passed since your parcel entered the postal system and you have not received your order then please contact your local delivery office to confirm that you have not missed a delivery. You should be able to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery if this is the case. For international orders please follow the same process but allow at least 5 weeks from dispatch.

International Orders, Customs Fees & Charges

All our items are shipped from our studio in the UK. Customers are responsible for any charges, fees or taxes that may be added by their country when their parcel is delivered. These charges are not something I add or have control over, they are implemented by your country of residence and are not something I can advise on. If you live overseas and have not ordered goods from abroad before I would suggest looking into your countries custom charges and import fees for more information. 

I place a customs label with description on contents on every overseas order. This is required by the postal service. I will not put incorrect information or falsify customs labels on a parcel to impact customs charges. Please don’t ask for this, this is illegal. 


If you are unhappy with your order and need to return it for any reason please do contact us through the form on the website to discuss your options. Returns may be processed for ready-to-ship items as long as we have been contacted within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

To receive a refund you must return your item to us in its original condition, with no part used or altered. 

Only ready-to-ship items are eligible for refunds. These are items that were in stock and are not part of a preorder or a custom product. Custom dye orders, advents, clubs, mystery skeins and mystery bundles are not eligible for returns as they are all preorder, custom or discounted products.

Upon your receiving your return and reviewing your email, if the product is in its original condition your refund will be issued. Please be aware that your item cost only will be refunded. We are unable to refund your original shipping cost or the cost of shipping your item back to us unless your item is faulty.

It is your responsibility to obtain and keep proof of postage for your return when you post it back to me. If your return does not come back to me then I will not be able to issue any refund and you will have to approach your shipping provider for compensation.
